I’m Rahul Pareek, a committed legal professional and Double Gold Medalist from Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU) with a deep passion for advancing innovation across the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
Blending a strong foundation in law with hands-on blockchain expertise, I strive to contribute meaningfully to transformative startups and forward-thinking companies building the decentralized future.
During my time at Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), I served as a Teaching Assistant, designing and delivering engaging lectures on complex subjects such as Patent Law, Copyright Law, and the evolving intersection between law and emerging technologies. Collaborating closely with esteemed faculty strengthened my ability to translate intricate concepts into accessible and impactful learning experiences.
A defining milestone in my journey was my leadership as Chairman of the Society for Law & Technology, where I conceptualized and launched the “Blockchain Intermediate Course.” In partnership with industry experts, I developed and taught a curriculum that made blockchain technology approachable for diverse learners—empowering students and professionals to confidently navigate the Web3 landscape.
In addition to academic and teaching roles, I have pursued dedicated research in the field of blockchain law. My dissertation, titled “Blockchain Technology – Opportunities for Emerging Economies & Scope of Rational Regulations,” explores the transformative potential of decentralized technologies and proposes a balanced regulatory framework tailored for growing economies. Beyond this, I have authored multiple research pieces capturing my thoughts on blockchain regulation, legal perspectives, comparative approaches to blockchain systems, and other miscellaneous topics shaping the decentralized ecosystem.
My academic excellence, research depth, and ability to simplify complex technological ideas position me to make a meaningful impact in the fast-evolving world of Web3, blockchain, and crypto. I am passionate about contributing to pioneering projects—whether through educational initiatives, community engagement, regulatory insight, or strategic innovation.
